- Please use assigned locker rooms; there is a method to our madness
- Please get off the ice on time, chances are there is a group on after you

Managers Notes or "Hey, that's my job!"
We thought you might like to know a little more about the "behind the scenes" at The Ice Center. Each week Jay, our Operations Manager and I, Kelly Lilly, Rink Manager, will bring you a little tidbit to give you the inside scoop. Have you always wanted to know something about the rink and how it works? Let us know and we can address it.
Kelly's Corner:
It's all about the feedback...
For me to do my job I need you! I need your input, your ideas, your constructive criticism. In order to do the best job I can I have to know what our skaters think about the ice, the locker rooms, the staff - everything. As the rink manager it is my duty to notice and take action. Whether it is installing hooks in the shower areas for your towels (coming soon to a shower near you...) or making sure that the ice is the best quality it can be (smooth, level and fast), if I don't know how you are feeling about it, I can't do anything about it.
I enjoy hearing from you on all these things. It makes me feel like you notice what is going on around here, both good and not so good. I like taking care of issues and making new things happen. It's all about tangible results. So call, email or stop by and let us know how we are doing. We actually do want to hear from you.
I do this because "Hey, that's my job!"
